Referring back to “Breakheart Pass.” Good movie to watch at Christmas, like my other bizarre favorite Christmas offerings, i.e., “Lethal Weapon;” “Die Hard I;” “Die Hard II.” Christmas is nearly here, Mon Dieu!. Anyway, watching this movie, couldn’t help but think how absolutely beautiful Jill Ireland was; Charles Bronson got more attractive to me as he aged and grew that mop of air. He wasn’t as handsome as she was beautiful, but, they fit together; they made a fine couple together, and apparently were very happy together. There was something about her fair beauty and his foil of dark rumpled ruggedness that was appealing. She died way too soon.
