Pizza last night, birthday cake this morning (only ate a small half a piece), pizza for lunch, then a postdoctoral fellow who rotated through here who is from Egypt brought us Basima (spelling?), an Egyptian dessert made with coconut, almond, etc. So sweet of her. I don’t have any room for it! Think I have finally hit the pizza quota and won’t eat it for a while now, but did so enjoy it. This has really been a very nice day. Next week the school year kicks in high gear here. Hard writing work tomorrow. After all of my interviews were done and in place, began sorting through the facts, trying to get a feel on how I would present it, started to worry about it, then just let it go…woke up this morning and I thought about it and I felt as though a silken river of thought was beginning to flow down to me from on high…so I know that soon I’ll hear that rhythm when the right words form and the silken river is flowing. Ask and ye shall receive…
